OUR FISH
We fillet our cod in-store every morning to ensure our fish is as fresh as possible. All our battered fish is encapsulated in our special light and crisp batter mix to create a final product of exceptional quality.
OUR CHIPS
We buy our potatoes fresh from a local supplier using only the best British potatoes. All of our chips are prepared 100% onsite, where we wash, peel and chip our spuds fresh every morning to guarantee a superb tasting chip.
FRYING OIL
All of our food is fried in high-oleic sunflower oil. This is a premium vegetable oil which is healthier and more environmentally-friendly than other commonly used frying mediums such as palm oil and groundnut oil. High-oleic sunflower oil contains a higher percentage of healthier monounsaturated fats which supports the health and well-being of all of our customers. The FDA supports this claim and confirms that high-oleic oil reduces the risk of heart disease, when replacing highly saturated cooking fats such as palm oil.
